Return Policy

 

At Crossfire Graphics, we are committed to providing high-quality, custom-designed products. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Custom Products

    •    All products created by Crossfire Graphics are custom-made based on your specifications and design approval.

    •    As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders once the design proof has been approved and production has begun.

 

2. Refunds

 

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

    •    Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before design approval or production, a partial refund may be issued. Design or administrative fees may be deducted.

    •    Errors by Crossfire Graphics: If your product contains an error caused by us (e.g., incorrect design, spelling, or colors not matching the approved proof), we will reprint the product or issue a refund at our discretion.

    •    Damaged During Shipping: If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace the product or issue a refund.

 

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

 

We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in the following cases:

    •    Errors in design or text that were present on the proof you approved.

    •    Slight variations in color due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.

    •    Normal wear and tear of the product.

    •    Delays caused by shipping carriers or factors beyond our control.

 

4. Reporting Issues

 

If you encounter an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

    1.    Contact Us: Email us at getcrossfire@gmail.com or call (702) 324-0341 within 7 days of receiving your product.

    2.    Provide Evidence: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

    3.    Resolution: We will review your claim and provide a resolution within 5 business days.

 

5. Shipping Costs

    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error or fault by Crossfire Graphics.

    •    If a replacement is approved, we will cover the shipping cost for the new product.

 

6. Design Revisions and Changes

    •    Once a design proof has been approved, any additional changes will be considered a new project and may incur additional charges.

 

7. Customer Responsibility

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all proofs for accuracy before approval. Crossfire Graphics is not liable for errors that are approved by the customer.
