At Crossfire Graphics, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality digital designs tailored to your needs. Due to the unique nature of digital products, this policy outlines the terms for purchasing, usage, and handling of digital content. Please review these terms before completing your purchase.

 

1. Non-Refundable Purchases

    •    All sales of digital products are final.

Once the digital files have been delivered or downloaded, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital products.

 

2. Licensing and Usage Rights

    •    Digital products purchased from Crossfire Graphics are for personal or business use only, unless stated otherwise.

    •    Prohibited Uses:

    •    Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the digital files in any format.

    •    Modifying the designs for resale without prior written permission.

    •    Claiming the designs as your own work.

 

3. File Delivery

    •    Digital products will be delivered via email or a secure download link after payment confirmation.

    •    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate email address during checkout.

 

4. File Formats

    •    All digital products are delivered in the format specified in your order (e.g., PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or other design files).

    •    If additional file formats are required, an additional fee may apply.

 

5. Design Revisions

    •    The purchase of a digital product includes a specified number of revisions (typically up to 2-3 revisions).

    •    Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.

 

6. Lost Files

    •    It is the customer’s responsibility to securely store and back up their digital files. Crossfire Graphics is not responsible for lost or misplaced files once they are delivered.

    •    Replacement files may be provided at our discretion and may require proof of purchase.

 

7. Custom Digital Products

    •    For custom designs, a proof will be sent for your approval before the final files are delivered.

    •    Once the final proof is approved, no further modifications will be made unless a new project is initiated.

 

8. Copyright Ownership

    •    All digital designs remain the intellectual property of Crossfire Graphics unless explicitly transferred in writing.

    •    Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for its use.

 

9. Unauthorized Use

    •    Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of digital products may result in legal action.

 

10. Support

11. Amendments
